The car clutch pressure plate is mounted on the flywheel of the truck engine, which is a very important component because without it, the power of the truck engine would not be transmitted to the transmission. The clutch is the truck's driveline, which connects the engine to the transmission and can also disconnects the engine from the transmission. Clutch plate is under the car clutch pressure plate, and the former has a spline in the middle which can fix a transmission shaft. The transmission shaft is the transmission of the power input shaft.
When the truck driver presses down on the clutch pedal, the clutch disconnects, at which point power from the engine cannot be transferred to the transmission. When the truck driver lifts the clutch pedal, the clutch is connected, and power from the engine is transferred to the transmission. With the increase of truck driving distance, the auto clutch plate will gradually wear, when it wears to a certain extent, it needs to be replaced. If the auto clutch plate appears excessive wear phenomenon, slipped phenomenon occurs and then the engine cannot transfer all the power to the transmission.
1. Most of the damage to the car clutch pressure plate is wear, abrasion, rupture and warping deformation of the working plane. Car clutch pressure plate deformation detection: put the working surface of pressure plate on slab with a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the working surface of pressure plate and the surface flatness of the pressure plate is not allowed to exceed the limit value. Car clutch pressure plate surface grinds groove whose depth is not allowed to exceed 0.3mm. The warping deformation or groove of the plate can be smoothed out on a surface grinder or on a lathe. But severe deformation or too large groove depth or fracture defects of the pressure plate should be replaced.
2. During inspection and maintenance of clutch pressure plate types, if there are cracks damage or deformation on the clutch cover, please replace the car clutch pressure plate or clutch cover.
3. During inspection and maintenance of clutch cover plate diaphragm spring, If the diaphragm spring has reed fracture, burn, crack and other defects, it should be replaced basically. The wear condition of the diaphragm spring separation of finger-tip can be checked by vernier calipers. The depth should be less than 0.6mm and the width should be less than 5mm, otherwise the diaphragm spring should be replaced.
4. Diaphragm spring deformation can be soved by using professional tools to cover the spring to separate the finger end, and then use the plug gauge to measure the gap between the inner end of the spring and the special tool and the inner end of the spring should be in the same plane. And the gap should not exceed 0.5mm. Otherwise, use a repair tool to separate the deformed spring and tilt it up for adjustment.
